This year, we celebrated Barrow's official birthday and mother's day on the same day!

A treat for mom on Mother's day!

Barrow turned 15.  While friends joined him at the disaster room, the girls headed to Phantom of the Opera.

We even enjoyed a gunfight - featuring the famous Wyatt Earp!

The next day we headed to Tombstone and learned the history of the town.

We enjoyed dinner at the theater!

In the evening, we enjoyed a performance at the Gaslight Theater

We also toured the Mini Time Machine Museum of Miniatures and played in the park,

We visited the San Xavier del Bac Mission and the home of the home of the artist Ettore DeGrazia.

After a day of activities, we stopped at the bowling alley for dinner and time to hang out with friends.

We learned about the media program at the University of Arizona

The zoo had great animal exhibits and hands-on activities!

Mom and Cate headed to Tucson with Sierra Middle School 6th grade FAB.  1st stop - the Reid Park Zoo.
